There are two steps to setting up the Symaptic Web and Mobile Package. First, you need to consider what hardware and operating system to use, and second you need to download and install the package.
If you are new to this and just wanting to have a look at the package and a bit of a play without making it accessible to many additional users, a snappy Windows 64 bit laptop is all you need. The included example scripts are all preconfigured to get an environment on a single PC / server up and running very quickly.
For a more robust demonstration / trial environment or a production environment you many need to consider the number of CPUs, memory and disk space required.
