The Symaptic Web and Mobile GIS Package (Symaptic Package) consists of several components. Some have been written by Symaptic, while others have been written by third parties.
The components written by Symaptic are distributed under our proprietary licence. They are clearly marked at the top of such source files as Symaptic content.
Other components are distributed as part of the Symaptic Package. They are free and open source. By using the Symaptic Package, it is your responsibility to agree to and abide by the terms and conditions of all of these licence agreements.
